Here are some things NOT to do: Don't pitch a complete, 9-inning game if you're out of shape...33 years old and it's 96 degrees outside.

I'm going to go finish throwing up right now and as soon as these chills go away...I'll post something else. Dumb dumb dumb move on my part.

Remember like 6 years ago when that guy wanted to build a baseball dome near Gretna? I did a story on it for the HS paper, because he was a MN booster at the time, but I don't for the life of me remember the details about it...

my brother will tell you DON'T ride your bike for 15 miles on a 96-degree day (one way)... guess who got the phone call to pick his sorry ass up?
