Stop In and Say Hello
OK.
This seems kind of lame, but I'm getting the feeling that somehow, someway this blog address has hit the mainstream public and is getting spread pretty quickly. (And not just a 3-way conversation between me, Joel and Adam) Case in point: Before a few days ago, I had never had more than 50-60 hits in a day...yesterday I had 150.
Anyway, just for fun, please respond with this post and tell who you are and how in the hell you found this place. Some of you I know...some of you I don't...but I would feel better knowing who my audience is. Either way, thanks for stopping by. I hope you enjoy reading the thoughts in my head put to screen, and I hope they are far less disturbing than that guy in Idaho's blog who killed that family and kidnapped that little girl recently.

How do you know how many people visit your blog? I'd like to know how many hot, single women are checking out mine...
Site meter at the bottom of my main page. It tells me how many hits, how many pages, from where they are coming from etc. Nothing personal information or anything..but gives you an idea as to who is logging on.
There are also some other counters for blogs at the help portion of blogger.com

Site Meter. It's pretty cool, and measures the traffic pretty well. You can get it from the help menu on blogger.com

Blogger.com puts a changing list of blogs on it's main page...plus, they all get put on google, so there's a pretty good chance that something you said got picked up by somebody.

AJ I use to post on mavpuck but just lurk there now for obvious reasons. I was a season ticket holder for the mavs for a few years and now live in the Portland,OR area after relocationg from Omaha. I've been reading your blog for a few months now, daily.

I got a rash of hits from all sorts of weird blogs yesterday evening as well, but it was just a 2 hour burst. Weird...
I have a feeling that Blogger puts a random sampling of blogs up in random places.
I was beginning to think these were nothing but spammers or some sort of randomizer hitting the site, but low and behold, it seems they were atual users....which is cool.
