Huskers vs. ISU preview

So let me get this straight....

Because the Huskers are somehow...by the grace of god 3-0, that they are now going to walk all over the team picked to win the Big 12 North? I'm not saying ISU is any National power or anything...quite the opposite. However, they certainly have more talent and better coaching than the red-clad pile of shit that will run out to a band that broke up in 1985 tomorrow afternoon.

Seriously....how can a team who barely beat Maine....who barely beat Pitt...be FAVORED to beat the best team in the north?

I don't get it. I'll never get it. Somebody needs to tell the radio and TV freaks in this town that the 90's are gone and Tommie Frazier is fat. Your days of stomping people are over.

IOWA STATE 24 - NEBRASKA 14

Other Big 12 predictions for tomorrow:

Texas 41 - Mizzou 31

Texas Tech 48 - Kansas 21

Colorado 27 - OSU 17

Baylor 7 - Texas A&M 45

Kansas State 16 - Oklahoma 21

Talk to ya tomorrow.

Oh my god....horrible performance by the Tigers. Texas was actually TRYING to lose that game early on, and yet Mizzou just kept rolling over. Horrible, horrible performance. Pinkel is in serious, serious trouble...which is a shame because I think he has some good qualities.

Baylor is MUCH improved and will sneak up on somebody, somewhere. Also nice performance by KSU yesterday...eesh...they are worse than I thought.

Good win by your team as well. I'm still not sure how they're 4-0, nor am I sure how it's mathamatically possible to throw for 450 yards and only score 1 TD in 60 minutes..but nonetheless, it doesn't really matter. ISU was dumb early on, because they simply left Taylor alone...hell, even I can hit a slanting WR if you give him 15 yards with nobody around him. Cory Ross is an outstanding back and really should get more credit from your fans.

Still not THAT impressed by teh defense. They get a good rush obviously, but a team like Tech who can get rid of the ball quickly is going to give them fits. Again..we shall see.

Enjoy the Texas-MU game, telemarketer? MU laid down and DIED in the second half. Missouri should change their state motto to "The Quitter State". NU beat ISU by showing heart, something MU doesn't have and will never understand. That is why you lose, Retarded Grasshopper. Keep up those great football predictions, Bozo. It shows just how football stupid you really are. LOL!!!!

Is that supposed to be witty or offensive? Seriously...that's all you've got? Dude, i can't just sit here and tell you how to run it at somebody after a successful week.

Next time, instead of trying to overdue it, keep it simple...such as a "how was your Saturday?" Or "how did your team do?"

Instead of going all out...setting yourself for the inevitable assbeating you'll get the next time you lose...you need to keep it simplistic in terms of how and what you say.

Seriously..I can't keep giving you these pointers..sooner or later, you have to figure them out for yourself.

PS - Nice of you to type with a raging yeast infection. Takes a pretty big puss to attempt to keep up while clicking on the "anonymous" button. I mean come on..even if you just put, "Bob"..that's better than paraphrasing the fact that you're too scared to take any responsibility for what you're saying.

I guess we'll see what happens after the Tech game. I'll be eagerly awaiting your return.

Oh and by the way...anonomyous doesn't work when you have IP trace on. heh.

The fighting Mangino's kept it close with Tech this week, so it's not hopeless.

Last year's shellacking can be directly attributed to 2 problems: a prevent defense employed by our "defensive" coordinator and putting in an unprepared backup quarterback once we were down 3 scores. If the Huskers play that prevent defense (aka the "bend and break") again, Tech can name their score again...

We have some more depth on the line, but our secondary is worse than last year.
